libfreezethaw-perl software package provides module to serialize and deserialize Perl data structures, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfreezethaw-perl
libfreezethaw-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfreezethaw-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfreezethaw-perl *
You will get with libfreezethaw-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
